Messe Frankfurt awards the 2022 prize of its foundation created by the Academy for Moral and Political Sciences to Bernadette and Paul Dodane.

13 Dec 2022

The Academy for Moral and Political Sciences of Paris awarded Bernadette and Paul Dodane, co-Presidents of CRISTEL, the Messe Frankfurt Prize on 7 November.

This exceptional prize is awarded each year to a person or legal entity who has particularly distinguished himself or herself in the promotion of humanist values and the social market economy.

On the occasion of this prestigious prize, a reception at the Academy, in honour of the Dodane couple and presided over by Mr Rémi Brague, President of the Academy for Moral and Political Sciences, Mr Jean-Robert Pitte, Permanent Secretary of the Academy for Moral and Political Sciences and President of the Messe Frankfurt Prize jury, Mr Frédéric Bougeard, President of Messe Frankfurt France and Mr Michael Scherpe, CEO of S.E.M.E SA, the official Messe Frankfurt delegation for France and Monaco, took place in the salons of the Institut de France in Paris on 12 December 2022.

We warmly congratulate Bernadette and Paul Dodane for this highly honorary award, which recognises their commitment and their atypical career in the creation and development of CRISTEL, as well as the book La Force d'y Croire written by Bernadette Dodane, which retraces the history of the company.

A most prestigious distinction for a book rich in lessons at all levels.

During their speeches, Mrs Dodane and her husband underlined the importance of the family and friendly support they have received throughout their entrepreneurial journey.

Continuing their work in line with their regional roots, the amount won with this prize will be entirely donated to the restoration of the Notre-Dame du haut Chapel by Le Corbusier located in Ronchamp, not far from the company's headquarters.
